GIS Analyst (2 Openings)
Location: Taylor, MI (Onsite, 5 days per week)
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (Open-Ended, Possible Contract-to-Hire)

About the Role
We are seeking two experienced GIS Analysts to join our team onsite in Taylor, MI. In this role, you will support geospatial data management, mapping applications, and enterprise GIS systems. The ideal candidate will have strong ESRI expertise, a solid understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective geospatial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Perform analytical and geoprocessing tasks to create, maintain, and retrieve GIS data.
β’ Monitor and maintain GIS environments, including ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Online, and SQL databases.
β’ Develop GIS solutions using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online (AGOL), Enterprise, Experience Builder, Survey123, and related tools.
β’ Evaluate business requirements and provide technical GIS recommendations.
β’ Design and maintain geographic databases, including schema/model creation.
β’ Support field data collection using Survey123 and Experience Builder.
β’ Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of experience as a GIS Analyst working with the ESRI Product Suite.
β’ 3+ years of experience with Geodatabase management and relational databases.
β’ 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD/BIM, including converting CAD/BIM to GIS.
Preferred Skills
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
β’ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
β’ GIS-related certifications (GISc or equivalent).
β’ Experience with:
β’ Maximo (Asset Management System)
β’ Interior building mapping
β’ 3D GIS (ArcScene)
β’ Programming/scripting: Python, JavaScript, SQL
β’ Azure DevOps, Git
Additional Information
β’ Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
β’ Visa Status: No OPT/CPT/F1 visas.
β’ Relocation: Local Michigan candidates preferred; out-of-state candidates considered if willing to relocate at their own expense.
