Role description
OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin, Process and Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in analyzing, compiling, and presenting data to support business decision-making processes.
The position is a new temporary position that is currently planned for six months with the possibility of extension or hire if position warrants and candidate is exceptional. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills, proficiency with various software tools, and excellent communication abilities. Prior experience with administrative tasks, process documentation and intermediate level reporting and excel knowledge is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.
Duties
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate comprehensive reports for management
Maintain and update databases using tools such as Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
Manage office operations including filing, document proofreading, and organizing digital and physical records
Assist with process development and documentation
Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure accuracy of reports and documents
Support office management activities and administrative support functions
Ensure timely communication through phone etiquette and professional correspondence
Collaborate with team members for project updates and report delivery deadlines
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent typing speed and computer literacy for data entry and report generation
Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
Previous office management or administrative experience is highly desirable
Attention to detail for proofreading reports and ensuring data accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks using effective time management strategies
