Role & Responsibilities • Elicit and document detailed business requirements for AI powered automation initiatives across multiple functional domains. • Map as-is and to-be processes, identifying automation candidates, data dependencies, and measurable KPIs. • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for developers and data scientists. • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and build business cases to prioritize intelligent automation backlogs. • Drive UAT sessions, validate solution performance against KPIs, and capture feedback for continuous improvement. • Act as onsite liaison between stakeholders, engineering teams, and change management to ensure timely, value driven delivery. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • 10+ years in business analysis or process re-engineering within technology or consulting environments. • Hands-on exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere and understanding of AI/ML workflow fundamentals. • Proficiency with process mapping techniques (BPMN, value stream) and data analysis using SQL or Python. • Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Right to work onsite in the United Kingdom and willingness to travel to client offices. Preferred • Experience delivering cognitive automation solutions leveraging NLP, computer vision, or generative AI. • Familiarity with agile product management frameworks and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. • Industry knowledge in banking, telecom, or retail operations.
