AI Business Analyst

AI BUSINESS ANALYST Rate: $44-52/hr. Start: ASAP Location: Sugar Land, TX, or Atlanta, GA Overview The AI Business Analyst is responsible for measuring, validating, and reporting the business impact of AI initiatives. This role ensures all AI investments are supported by clear, data-driven insights and aligned with financial and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain ROI measurement frameworks for AI initiatives • Build and validate business value cases for all AI efforts • Establish baseline metrics and measure post-implementation impact • Analyze results vs projections and identify variance drivers • Partner with Finance to validate financial impact and reporting alignment • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards for program performance • Support business case development for new AI initiatives • Track cost allocation and investment attribution across business units Required Skills & Experience • 3–5+ years in financial analysis, business analysis, or consulting • Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis experience • Proven ability to evaluate business impact of technology initiatives • Advanced data analysis, data integrity, and reporting accuracy • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Strong financial acumen and understanding of business drivers • Excellent ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders #INDTS Peoplelink LLC, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of ‘linking’ communities through employment.
