We’re Hiring – AI Developer 2+ years in LLM/GenAI.Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Search expertise.

Location: Washington, DC (Onsite/Hybrid)
Type: Contract | Hourly (C2C/W2)
Key Responsibilities
• Design and operate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) services using Azure AI/Search.
• Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools to integrate with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and enterprise systems.
• Build agentic AI solutions using AutoGen, CrewAI, or Agno for workflow automation and troubleshooting.
• Create secure, production-grade chatbots with telemetry, guardrails, and audit logging.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI securely with APIM, Key Vault, Event Hub, and monitoring via App Insights/Log Analytics.
• Fine-tune open-source models (PEFT/LoRA) optimizing for cost, latency, and quality.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust testing and security.
Required Skills
• 4–8 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in LLM/GenAI.
• Strong Python and Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Search expertise.
• Hands-on with AutoGen / CrewAI / Agno frameworks.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Web Apps, APIM, Key Vault, Event Hub.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), KQL, and observability tools.
