About The Role We are looking for an AI Platform Enablement Engineer to serve as the hands-on technical lead for deploying and managing enterprise AI tools across the organization. You’ll sit at the crossroads of IT, AI innovation, and business enablement—owning everything from evaluating new features to rolling them out safely and effectively. This is a highly visible role focused on turning rapidly evolving AI capabilities into real, practical value for business teams. If you’re someone who actively experiments with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot—and enjoys figuring out how they can transform workflows—this role offers a unique opportunity to apply that curiosity at scale. What You’ll Do Drive AI Platform Adoption • Evaluate and enable new features across enterprise AI tools • Run pilot programs with business users and guide rollout decisions • Build a clear view of which capabilities are live, under review, or deferred • Translate business needs into practical AI solutions Assess and Integrate New Technologies • Test integrations with core systems like collaboration tools, CRM, and data platforms • Evaluate plugins, connectors, and third-party AI tools • Maintain a catalog of approved tools and integrations • Provide recommendations on emerging AI technologies and adoption strategies Ensure Secure and Scalable Deployment • Partner with IT and security teams to enforce access controls and policies • Support data protection measures such as classification and loss prevention • Monitor usage and help enforce acceptable use standards • Contribute to vendor reviews and risk assessments What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, or SaaS platform administration • Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI platform (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot) • Strong familiarity with Microsoft enterprise tools (identity, collaboration, endpoint management) • Experience evaluating and rolling out new technologies in a business environment • Working knowledge of identity, access, and data protection concepts • Clear communication skills and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value What Sets You Apart • You actively use AI tools outside of work and stay current on new releases • You enjoy experimenting and figuring out practical applications of new technology • You balance curiosity and innovation with a strong sense of security and governance Why This Role Matters This role isn’t just about managing tools—it’s about shaping how AI is adopted across an entire organization.
