About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our data and analytics team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intelligent data-driven solutions using cutting-edge technologies like Python, PySpark, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and SQL. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI models and data pipelines that power business insights and automation.
Responsibilities: Design and implement AI/ML models using Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing Build and optimize data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse, Lakehouse) Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize model outputs and KPIs Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all stages of the pipeline
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or similar platforms Knowledge of data governance frameworks and security best practices Exposure to LLMs, NLP, or generative AI tools is a plus

Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data engineering roles Strong proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning Hands-on experience with PySpark for distributed data processing Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric components (Data Factory, Synapse, Lakehouse) Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and storytelling Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and performance tuning Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Additional Information
