AML Data Governance Analyst

We’re seeking an experienced AML / Financial Crimes Risk professional to support the re‑platforming of our Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) program and the integration of Actimize. This is a business‑side role within the FCRM Risk Management organization, focused on governance, oversight, data risk, and regulatory compliance — not hands‑on technology development. This role is ideal for someone who understands how data, controls, and processes enable effective AML and CTR compliance, and who can translate complex data flows into clear risk and regulatory outcomes. Must Haves: • 5+ years AML / Financial Crimes experience • CTR or transaction reporting program exposure • Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and ETL from a risk/control perspective • Banking or large regulated environment experience Plusses: • Experience with FinCEN CTR regulations • Familiarity with Actimize CTR / ActOne • Experience supporting regulatory exams or consent order environments
