Role description
Servamind is building the universal standard for AI fine-tuning infrastructure. Our ServaStack combines a universal data format (.serva) with a compute engine (Chimera) that wraps any existing model without retraining.
We're a small, deep-tech team moving fast. Encoder beta is live. Chimera is launching. Enterprise pilots are in motion. We need an engineer who can work at research depth and production quality simultaneously.
What you'll do:
• Write Serva Bridge layer models for pilot customers using our existing Python codebase on Mistral-24B as reference
• Build and optimize code to run at scale across GPUs
• Read existing codebases and research papers to recreate and extend benchmark results using Servamind products
• Write complex AI benchmark code around the encoder codebase
• Produce research-level documentation and results from benchmarks performed
What we're looking for:
• Strong foundations in neural networks, pattern recognition, and ML pipelines
• Proficient in Python
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or comparable frameworks
• Comfortable reading and implementing from research papers
• Able to work independently in a remote, async environment
• Advanced degree in CS, ML, or HDC preffered
This is a contract, remote position. You'll be working directly with our engineering team on technology that is genuinely novel — patented, benchmarked, and going to market now.
