Role description
Tier 1 Globally known Bank are looking for a Automation Engineer who mixes between DevOps and Software Development. This position will be a contract up until November 2026 after which it will renew on a 6 Month rolling basis. They are looking for the candidate to be in office 3 days a week in their Sheffield Office which is based in Central Sheffield, a few minutes walk from the Train station.
Required Skills;
• Experience with Go/Golang
• Experience with both GCP cloud and on Prem infrastructures (Linux and Windows)
• Knowledge of Python and or other Scripting tools (PowerShell, Perl etc)
• Experience with Automation Tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Knowledge of RESTful API's
