About the Role: The team’s purpose is to generate business insights and reporting by leveraging Power BI, Kusto, ADO, and Cosmos DB, focusing on creating actionable reports from existing data sources Roles and Responsibilities: → The main focus is on creating insights and reporting using Power BI based on existing data sources. Candidates will be expected to build Power BI reports and generate insights throughout the year. → Work will involve a series of different reports, some ad hoc and some planned in advance, rather than a single specific project. Candidate Requirements: • Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. • Degrees or certifications required: Degree is preferred but not a disqualifier if the candidate has strong Power BI skills Disqualifiers: Inability to meet PST working hours (at least 6 hours overlap required) • Best vs. Average: → Good judgment. → Interpersonal and verbal communication skills. → Ability to conduct necessary research and synthesize information from multiple sources. → These are considered nice-to-have and will be listed under the qualifications section as soft skills. Top 4 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 3 years experience with Power BI & Kusto 1. Minimum 3 years experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) proficiency 1. Minimum 3-4 years experience with Cosmos DB 1. Minimum 2+ years experience with Technical problem-solving, understanding complex details, increasing operating efficiency, producing high-quality solutions, and project management skills (including Excel proficiency) Salary Range: $91,000-$100,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
