Position Summa ryThis role will support Business Analysis activities for Common App program and AI use cases. The Common Application Program focuses on assessing, procuring, and modernizing the enterprise application components and solutions. This includes upgrading end of life and end of support technologies, acquiring new capabilities, and ensuring continued alignment with organizational strategy. Projects under Common App. In addition, the client expanding its AI Center of Excellence initiatives to responsibly integrate AI into organizational function s. Key Responsibilit • iesThe Contingent worker will be expected to deliver the following activities over the course of the engagement: a. Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, and Managem • entFacilitate sessions with stakeholders to gather business, functional, and non‑functional requiremen • ts.Document requirements as BRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criter • ia.Maintain a requirements traceability matrix across all delivery phas • es.Validate requirements with stakeholders and vendors for clarity and alignme • nt.Support ongoing refinement, prioritization and requirements change control. b. Business Process Analysis and Des • ignIdentify process gaps, pain points, and improvement opportuniti • es.Design future‑state (TO‑BE) processes aligned with policies and operational goa • ls.Create process maps, swim lanes, and related models for stakeholder communicati • on.Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure feasible, compliant designs. c. AI specific Requireme • ntsLeverage AI for requirements definition, and provide expertise in guiding teams on using AI for business analy • sisRisk & Compliance Assessment - Identifying potential risks such as bias, regulatory implications, privacy issues, and ethical concer • ns.Success Metrics Definition - Defining AI performance KPIs such as accuracy, precision, business ROI, cost savings, or customer satisfaction improvemen • ts.Model Explainability Requirements - Determining the level of transparency needed for users, auditors, or regulato • rs.Human in the Loop Design - Mapping when humans should review, override, or monitor AI outpu • ts.Change Management Planning - Assessing training needs, user adoption challenges, and operational transition planni • ng.UAT Planning for AI - Designing acceptance criteria specific to AI outputs, edge cases, and model behavior scenari • os.Post Deployment Monitoring Framework - Identifying how to track model drift, data quality, and continuous performance over time d. Business Change Impact Assessment and Stakeholder Engagem • entIdentify impacted stakeholders and assess needs and change impac • ts.Support business readiness and cutover planning. e. Backlog Management and Azure Dev • OpsMaintain and refine requirements and user stories in Azure DevO • ps.Ensure items have clear acceptance criteria and prioritizati • on.Support sprint planning, refinement, and revie • ws.Track BA artifacts and align with testing and defect manageme • nt.Coordinate with teams to keep documentation current. f. Required Qualifications and Sk • illsBS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experie • nce.10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Business Analysis for IT projects, including cloud computing and data integrat • ion.Programming experie • nce.Any of the following BA certifications is a plus: - IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) - IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) - IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) - IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA) - IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) - PMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification Certifications in Agile, DevOps, or programming languages, Data Management are a p • lus.Demonstrated experience as a business analyst in software implementations or deployme • nts.Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++/C, and Oracle datab • ase.Expertise in Excel including macros A deep understanding of technical concepts, principles, and terminol • ogy.Extensive experience in data profiling, analysis, and query • ing.Experience working on data integration proje • cts.Extensive experience in developing detailed functional and technical requireme • nts.Knowledge of data science concepts, data products and extensive experience in gathering data requireme • nts.Experience working within the Agile framework and employing DevOps (Azure DevOps preferr • ed).Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
