Summary and Responsibilities:
β’ Under general direction, responsible for performing sophisticated research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to manager or project leaders
β’ Supervise performance to identify and help correct performance problems and provide feedback regarding areas requiring attention
β’ Bring compliance issues and proposed solutions to the attention of manager or project leaders
β’ May be responsible to work with the site leader and operations managers to improve their process performance
β’ Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:Strong PowerApps experience.
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience in working with large datasets, with a focus on turning business questions into insights
β’ 5+ years leadership experience preferred
β’ Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or similar field of study strongly preferred.
β’ Ability to provide advice/direction in financial crime management
β’ Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
β’ Detail-oriented, deadline driven, self-directed and organized individual
β’ Proficiency in various database environment, such as Hadoop, Oracle or AWS and proven experience to extract data from SQL
β’ Proficient in data visualization
β’ Proven interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners and technical teams to maintain functional knowledge and context of the data and metrics
β’ Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills are crucial
β’ Ability to multi-task and to effectively process diverse workloads concurrently
β’ Knowledge of banking and/or financial services operations a plus
β’ Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Experience:Experience with entire Power Apps Suite of products
β’ 7+ years of hands-on experience in working with large datasets, with a focus on turning business questions into insights
β’ 7+ years leadership experience preferred
β’ 5+ years of consulting experience
β’ MBA or equivalent post graduate degree
