Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst Location: Dallas, Texas. We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst who enjoys partnering with teams, solving problems, and using data to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that everyone stays aligned and projects move forward smoothly. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key part in shaping the company’s Business Intelligence capabilities. What You’ll Do • Work with teams to understand their data, reporting, and analytics needs, and translate those needs into clear requirements. • Dive into data sources to understand the details—profiling, validating, and documenting what’s needed for BI and reporting solutions. • Spot opportunities where data, Modeling, or optimization can improve business performance or support new strategies. • Write SQL queries and use analytics tools to explore and interpret data. • Contribute as an active member of an Agile Scrum team, participating in planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Communicate openly and effectively facilitating discussions, sharing updates with stakeholders, and calling out risks when needed. • Apply your understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational data models to support solution design. • Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations that turn complex information into insights people can actually use. • Handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment while delivering high-quality results.
