Business Analyst/ Case Management

Job Title: Business Analyst – Case Management Location: Indianapolis, IN - Onsite Duration: Long Term Qualifications: • 3–5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in government, legal, justice, or non-profit sectors. • Proven experience with case management systems or cloud-based solutions • Strong understanding of victim compensation programs or related public service domains is highly desirable. • Ability to create detailed use cases, business process maps, and functional requirement documents. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid development methodologies. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and end users. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of state or federal compliance requirements for victim services programs. • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar. • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. • Understanding of GovRamp, FedRamp, HIPAA, is a plus.
