Role description
Job Title: Business Analyst β Case Management
Location: Indianapolis, IN - Onsite
Duration: Long Term
Qualifications:
β’ 3β5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in government, legal, justice, or non-profit sectors.
β’ Proven experience with case management systems or cloud-based solutions
β’ Strong understanding of victim compensation programs or related public service domains is highly desirable.
β’ Ability to create detailed use cases, business process maps, and functional requirement documents.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
β’ Familiarity with Agile or hybrid development methodologies.
β’ Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and end users.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills:
β’ Knowledge of state or federal compliance requirements for victim services programs.
β’ Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
β’ Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
β’ Understanding of GovRamp, FedRamp, HIPAA, is a plus.
