Role description
Business Analyst - ERP / Finance & Procurement
12-Month Contract | Up to £600/day (Outside IR35)
Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site
I'm supporting an exsisting logitics client of mine in their search for an experienced Business Analyst with strong ERP/Dynamics expertise and deep knowledge of finance and procurement processes. This is a business-facing role, supporting a significant digital transformation programme.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering BA work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and a track record of ERP system implementations.
Role Overview
You will own the full requirements lifecycle, from discovery through to UAT and post-go-live support. You will work closely with business teams, vendors, and technical teams to bring clarity and structure to complex workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead discovery activities, workshops, interviews, and process analysis
• Document and manage requirements for ERP, finance, and procurement systems
• Produce BA artefacts: user stories, process maps, use cases, workflows
• Validate solution design with internal teams and vendors
• Support data, integration, and process alignment
• Drive UAT planning, scripting, coordination, and defect management
• Support cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure adoption
Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ERP/Dynamics, finance, or procurement implementations
• Full lifecycle experience: discovery → requirements → testing → post-go-live support
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical, process design, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in environments with varying change maturity
Desirable:
• Experience in complex, multi-stream programmes
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay, master data governance, and system integrations
• Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programmes
