Job Title: Business Analyst Job Description As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with the Lead Business Systems Analyst and key stakeholders to facilitate business process improvement, system development, and application support. Your role involves developing and maintaining business relationships with key individuals, acting as a liaison to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for business process and information system changes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Responsibilities • Facilitate business process improvement and system development. • Develop and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders. • Act as a liaison to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements. • Ensure changes align with company goals and objectives. Essential Skills • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Finance. • 3+ years of experience gathering and analyzing requirements. • 3+ years of data mapping experience. • 3+ years of experience in testing user acceptance testing. • 3+ years of experience working within an ERP. • 3+ years of .net experience. • 3+ years of data migration experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency in Excel, including tables, vlookups, and Macros. • Experience with Infor. • Knowledge of mapping, waterfall, agile methodologies, and testing. Work Environment This role offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely. It is a 2-year project with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position.
