POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting TTC Techβs transformation agenda, with an immediate deployment into the SAAB Programme; a multi-brand initiative covering African Travel, Adventure World, Brendan Vacations, and Lion World. These brands are at varied levels of maturity in both web capability and Kaptio adoption and are now entering a critical pre-discovery phase to validate the recommended strategic direction for their new reservation and web platforms.
This role will bridge business needs with technical delivery, working across stakeholders to understand growth goals, current system challenges, and the proposed solution: implementing a single Kaptio org for all SAAB brands, integrating it with a SAAB-specific PO1 instance, and enabling new web experiences through Kaptioβs eCommerce APIs. The Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, data and workflow clarification, and alignment across business, brand and technology teams.
The purpose of this phase is to replace assumptions with validated detail, reduce risk, and provide delivery-ready outputs so that the programme can seamlessly transition into execution if approved. The BA will support Discovery activities across all SAAB brands β including new reservation + web platforms for Brendan Vacations and Adventure World, and platform upgrades + new web solutions for African Travel and Lion World. While the organisation is not yet committed to full delivery, this role is essential in ensuring the solution, scope and delivery model are clearly defined, feasible, and positioned for immediate mobilisation following approval.
