Description
β’ Possess a strong passion for accountability, setting high standards, raising the bar, and driving results through constant focus on improving existing and future state operations, systems, and processes.
β’ Work on large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity, and advocate on behalf of the customers.
β’ Use data, analytics, and engineering to drive changes themselves by acting on the outcomes.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain innovative and scalable automation solutions.
β’ Partner with our business leaders to design and implement business metrics and dashboards, with the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.
β’ Translate ambiguous problem statements into actionable solutions.
β’ Perform detailed analytical reviews to identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, accelerate cash collections, and/or reduce bad debt.
β’ Leverage historical data to create forecasting models to maximize financial performance.
β’ Design and implement metrics dashboards to deepen understanding of AR performance, payment, and denial trends.
Required:
β’ 1+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience
β’ Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
β’ Experience with SQL or ETL
β’ Knowledge of data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI packages
Preferred:
β’ 1+ years of healthcare experience, with a strong preference for revenue cycle experience.
β’ Experience using very large datasets
Degree or Certification:
β’ Bachelor's Degree
KPI:
β’ Ability to accurately parse data and create tables from large data sets
β’ Create dashboards accurately based on the used requirements
