Title: Business Analyst II Duration: 6 months Contract (possibility of extension) Location: Arlington, VA 22202 (Onsite) Possibility of Extension: YES Possibility to Convert to FTE: YES Description • Possess a strong passion for accountability, setting high standards, raising the bar, and driving results through constant focus on improving existing and future state operations, systems, and processes. • Work on large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity, and advocate on behalf of the customers. • Use data, analytics, and engineering to drive changes themselves by acting on the outcomes. • Design, develop, and maintain innovative and scalable automation solutions. • Partner with our business leaders to design and implement business metrics and dashboards, with the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity. • Translate ambiguous problem statements into actionable solutions. • Perform detailed analytical reviews to identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, accelerate cash collections, and/or reduce bad debt. • Leverage historical data to create forecasting models to maximize financial performance. • Design and implement metrics dashboards to deepen understanding of AR performance, payment, and denial trends. Required: • 1+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights • Experience with SQL or ETL • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI packages Preferred: • 1+ years of healthcare experience, with a strong preference for revenue cycle experience. • Experience using very large datasets Degree or Certification: • Bachelor's Degree KPI: • Ability to accurately parse data and create tables from large data sets • Create dashboards accurately based on the used requirements Job #: 25-33780
