Business Analyst
Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Client: Leading Global IT & Consulting Organisation
We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale change and transformation programme for a leading global IT, consulting, and business process services organisation. This role involves working across multiple initiatives to deliver high-quality business and IT requirements for bespoke, third-party, and cloud-based solutions.
Role Responsibilities
• Lead Business Analysis activities across multiple change initiatives
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements including UI designs, data models, interface specifications, and business process changes
• Apply the full requirements engineering lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation, and traceability
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process models, perform gap analysis, and support transition planning
• Manage stakeholder communication across all organisational levels
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related testing activities
• Ensure solutions delivered meet agreed business and user requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on change or transformation programmes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven stakeholder management experience across technical and business teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
Desirable Skills
• Experience within utilities, water, or wastewater sectors
• Business Analysis certification (e.g. BCS BA, Lean Six Sigma)
• Agile certification, ideally SAFe
Mandatory Skill
