Serving as Lean ambassadors, the team aims to become a Center for Enablement by providing scalable guidance, project support, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Position Summary
The Business Analyst will develop structured, AI-ready knowledge articles by analyzing and documenting business processes across the People organization. You will collaborate with SMEs, AI teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and governance of all knowledge assets.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Article Development
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather, analyze, and document business processes
• Translate complex procedures into clear, structured knowledge articles
• Apply metadata, tagging, and formatting standards for AI and automation systems
AI & Automation Enablement
• Partner with AI/automation teams to identify knowledge gaps
• Test and validate knowledge articles within AI environments
• Refine documentation based on AI performance metrics and feedback
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Facilitate interviews and workshops to capture undocumented processes
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams
• Ensure alignment with overall knowledge and automation strategy
Governance & Quality Assurance
• Maintain version control and audit trails for all knowledge assets
• Conduct quality checks for consistency, accuracy, and compliance
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years in business analysis, technical writing, or knowledge management
• Experience with AI technologies, automation tools (e.g., RPA), and knowledge bases
• Hands-on experience with MS Copilot, SharePoint, ServiceNow Knowledge Management, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation capabilities
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
• Ability to visualize workflows using tools like Visio
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent oral, written, and active-listening skills
• Highly self-directed with strong problem-solving instincts
