What You’ll Do

   • Build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making

   • Analyze key trends and metrics to improve digital performance

   • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and recommend optimizations

   • Conduct data analysis on site performance, holiday peak periods, and more

   • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

   • Track OKRs and business performance metrics for monthly and quarterly reviews

What We’re Looking For

   • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or eCommerce operations

   • Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Looker, and BI tools

   • Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and data visualization

   • Experience with digital behavioral tools like FullStory and ContentSquare is a plus

   • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

   • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
