Our Financial Services client is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations Project Team, supporting high-priority Collateral Management and Regulatory initiatives. This role sits within a centralized project function responsible for driving execution across a complex, multi-year book of regulatory and strategic work.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead cross-functional initiatives across Collateral Management, Technology, and CIB Operations to strategize, plan, and execute regulatory and operational programs
β’ Own assigned initiatives from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and delivery, with limited oversight
β’ Drive accountability, manage risks, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution across the book of work
β’ Perform assessments and fact-finding to address complex regulatory and operational issues, developing practical solutions and recommendations
β’ Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear documentation (user stories, requirements, execution plans) for Technology partners
β’ Support testing activities, defect management, and implementation readiness
β’ Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment in highly complex and multifaceted situations
β’ Collaborate with Business Execution leadership and project team members to deliver against strategic objectives
β’ Prepare executive-ready materials and PowerPoint decks to support governance forums, status updates, and decision points
β’ Influence and guide less experienced Strategy and Execution team members as needed
Required Qualifications
β’ 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, or Business Execution, or equivalent experience
β’ Strong Business Analyst skillset with demonstrated experience owning standalone projects end-to-end
β’ Experience working within Capital Markets, CIB, or related financial services environments
β’ Ability to engage confidently with product, operations, and technology partners (no expectation to perform calculations, but must understand the concepts)
β’ Experience working with Technology teams, including requirements translation, testing coordination, and implementation support
β’ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with JIRA (user stories, intake, tracking)
β’ Proven ability to execute with limited oversight in a fast-moving, regulatory-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
β’ Familiarity with Collateral Management, Equity Swaps, Credit products, or OTC derivatives
β’ Exposure to regulatory initiatives within Capital Markets or Investment Banking
β’ Strong PowerPoint skills with experience building clear, executive-level decks
β’ Ability to confidently run group calls, workshops, and working sessions with senior stakeholders
