Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1LOD engagement leadership and coordination for Privacy Impact Assessments • Design and implement privacy requirements into key processes and tools across the enterprise • Define, Implement, and operate Data Ethics Governance Process • Develop, monitor, and report privacy metrics. • Location: Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Must have skills: Certified in data management professional (CDMP) or CDS (Certified Data Steward) • write policies/procedures/set up frameworks • creating and managed policy and standards • Top skills: Need to have either certified in data management professional (CDMP) or CDS (Certified Data Steward) or business data steward. • Need to write policies/procedures/set up frameworks. • Need to be able to influence without authority. • Need someone who has created and managed policy and standards. • Bachelor Degree: • Banking or financial services experience • Five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following: • Enforcing TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements. • Designing and executing risk assessments. • Ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following: • Enforcing TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements. • Designing and executing risk assessments. • Experience creating dashboards using Qlik or Tableau • Experience creating workflow and digital forms using Nintex Our client is a leading Banking and Financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
