Pay Range: $63 - $67/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide 1LOD engagement leadership and coordination for Privacy Impact Assessments
β’ Design and implement privacy requirements into key processes and tools across the enterprise
β’ Define, Implement, and operate Data Ethics Governance Process
β’ Develop, monitor, and report privacy metrics.
β’ Location: Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
β’ Must have skills: Certified in data management professional (CDMP) or CDS (Certified Data Steward)
β’ write policies/procedures/set up frameworks
β’ creating and managed policy and standards
β’ Top skills: Need to have either certified in data management professional (CDMP) or CDS (Certified Data Steward) or business data steward.
β’ Need to write policies/procedures/set up frameworks.
β’ Need to be able to influence without authority.
β’ Need someone who has created and managed policy and standards.
β’ Bachelor Degree:
β’ Banking or financial services experience
β’ Five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following:
β’ Enforcing TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements.
β’ Designing and executing risk assessments.
β’ Ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following:
β’ Enforcing TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements.
β’ Designing and executing risk assessments.
β’ Experience creating dashboards using Qlik or Tableau
β’ Experience creating workflow and digital forms using Nintex
