🚨 Hiring: Business Analyst | Remote (EST/CST Preferred)- On W2, USC and Green Card 📍 Location: Remote – Anywhere in the Continental US 📅 Duration: 1 Year Contract (Possible Extension) We are looking for a Business Analyst to support innovative financing technology solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze software requirements • Create and document customer journey workflows • Coordinate with users, technical teams, and project managers • Support QA, UAT, and integration testing • Prepare compliance and project documentation • Conduct software training and onboarding sessions • Evaluate business processes and identify improvements • Support Agile project delivery and Jira-based workflows Required Skills: • Project management experience • Basic understanding of Jira and Agile methodology • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Interest in technology/software and willingness to learn 📌 Manager Preference: Candidates should have 5 years or less of Business Analyst experience.
