Business Analyst Senior: On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst Senior for a ~4-month role. This position is remote. Business Analyst Senior - Job Description: The project involves supporting a regulatory finding initiative related to restitution for impacted customers. The focus is on data validation and calculation methodology to ensure accurate customer redress amounts. Business Analyst Senior - Responsibilities: Support regulatory finding initiative involving restitution for impacted customers. Perform data validation of account records to confirm scope of customer remediation populations. Validate calculation methodology for remediation populations to ensure correct redress amounts. Conduct interest calculations for identified operational issues. Provide daily/weekly reporting and support of progress of validation and calculations. Interact with different stakeholders within multiple lines of business (leadership level). Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders. Identify, document, and validate current state processes and support future state design. Manage and oversee the traceability of business requirements. Promote innovation and ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems. Business Analyst Senior - Mandatory Skills: Excel (intermediate - VLOOKUPs/Macros) SharePoint/PowerApps/Power BI Documentation and memos Overall proficiency in MS Office Suite Jira/Confluence Experience in a large financial institution Business Analyst Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills: Financial industry background Business Analyst Senior – Assignment Length: This is a contract position until May, with a possibility of extension.
