Role description
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking. Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst V to join our clientin support of an existingvacancy. Contract Period: 4 months with potential to extend Pay Rate: Starting from $64 per hour Location: Mount Laurel, NJ Location Type: Remote Business Hours: Monday-Friday;Core Business Hours Job Responsibilities: • Support regulatory finding initiative involving restitution for impacted customers • Perform data validation of account records to confirm scope of customer remediation populations • Perform validation of calculation methodology for all remediation populations to ensure each customer is receiving correct redress amount • Conduct interest calculations for identified operational issues • Provide daily/weekly reporting and support of progress of validation and calculations • Interacting with different stakeholders within multiple LOBs (leadership level) • Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders by applying a variety of techniques to probe, elicit, challenge, understand, and gain consensus on requirements • Identify, document, and validate current state processes and support stakeholders to design the desired future state • Provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions • Oversee, provide support and input to business requirements delivery and monitor/assess/mitigate requirements-related risks, ensure quality outputs and track progress • Ensure business processes/systems impacted by requirements are analyze and the acceptance criteria clearly demonstrates the changes to business process/systems to meet customer needs • Manage and oversee the traceability of business requirements • Leverage specialized domain, product, and systems knowledge to have a thorough understanding of the business, product, and vision • Provide business/product subject matter expertise as well as recognize and drive the focus toward business value • Promote innovation by applying subject matter expertise to generate forward-thinking ideas as well as critical thinking to find opportunities for improvement • Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems while assessing options and recommendations for prompt resolution Experience & Qualification Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree required • 10 Years of Business Analyst Experience • SharePoint/ Power app/ Power BI Knowledge • Documentation and memos experience • Overall proficiency in MS office suite like Excel (intermediate - VLOOK UPS / Macros) • Jira /Confluence Experience • Large FI organization Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process.
