Need Business Analyst for Power Platform automation initiatives with strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, responsible for elaborating requirements, writing user stories, defining Acceptance Criteria, 'Definition of Ready' and 'Definition of Done' to support efficient and effective product delivery.
Roles and responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, document automation use cases, create epics and user stories, and visualize workflows using process flow diagrams, swim lanes, and high-level UI mockups.
Demonstrate the ""art of the possible"" with Power Platform capabilities to inspire innovative solutions and reimagine business processes.
3Prioritize automation initiatives based on business impact and resource availability; coordinate with Power Platform Architects and Developers to assign tasks and ensure timely delivery.
4Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain sprint cadence, and remove blockers as a certified Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.
Leverage Power Platform knowledge to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.36/hour - $56.81/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
