Business Analyst / Project Manager (Contract) – Belfast 💷 Rate: £515/day (Umbrella) 📍 Location: Belfast – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) 🕒 Contract: 6 months We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a Futures & Derivatives Clearing (FDC) and Equities Operations Program Execution Team in Belfast. You’ll play a key role in driving transformation across the Market Operations function — leading projects, optimising processes, and collaborating across Business, Technology, and Compliance teams to deliver meaningful change. What You’ll Do • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects across FDC and Equities Operations • Gather and document business requirements; translate them into actionable plans • Track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation • Maintain strong governance, control, and compliance standards What You’ll Bring • 3–5 years’ experience in Operations (ideally within banking or financial services) • Proven background in Business Analysis and Project Management • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, SQL and BI tools • Knowledge of Equities or Regulatory Reporting is a plus If you’re passionate about transformation and want to make an impact in a global organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
