Role description
About the role The Marketplace Partner Payments team is looking for a senior analytics professional to own and improve seller payout strategies and operations. In this role, you will investigate complex seller payout cases, work deeply with data, and help design the frameworks that drive a smooth and compliant seller settlement experience. What you’ll bring • Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. • 5+ years of experience in analytics, risk, marketplace operations, or payments. • Advanced SQL skills (ideally BigQuery) and strong experience working with large, complex datasets. • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, including building self‑serve dashboards. • Strong Excel skills for analysis, validations, and reconciliations. • Experience investigating accounts or transactions for eligibility, risk, or compliance against defined policies or guidelines. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences. • A structured, detail‑oriented, and operationally minded approach, with comfort working in a high‑volume, SLA‑driven environment.
