Role description
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support marketing, product, and business teams by delivering actionable insights that drive growth, customer engagement, retention, and overall business performance. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the organization, leveraging data to inform decision-making, identify opportunities, and influence both short-term initiatives and long-term strategy. Responsibilitie • sPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end business intelligence analyses, providing timely insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance • .Analyze customer behavior, engagement, retention, and growth trends to identify opportunities and support business objectives • .Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that enable teams to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions • .Develop and manage business intelligence assets including dashboards, presentations, datasets, and reporting frameworks • .Evaluate marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and customer programs to measure effectiveness and business impact • .Analyze A/B tests and experimentation results, identify trends, and recommend next steps based on findings • .Use statistical and analytical techniques to uncover insights and support decision-making across product, marketing, and operational functions • .Collaborate with technical teams to improve data quality, reporting infrastructure, and analytics processes • .Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • .Proactively identify opportunities for deeper analysis and continuous improvement across the business . Qualificatio • ns Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related fie • ld.2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related analytical ro • le.Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyze large datase • ts.Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI too • ls.Understanding of A/B testing methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and statistical analys • is.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skil • ls.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendatio • ns.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environme nt.
