Role description
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
β’ Serve as a trusted strategic partner to business stakeholders by leading business intelligence projects from discovery through delivery, transforming complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and scalable reporting solutions.
β’ Collaborate with senior leaders across marketing, product, and analytics teams to uncover opportunities, influence strategic decision-making, and improve customer engagement, retention, and overall product performance.
β’ Design and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance scorecards that empower teams to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing initiatives and product enhancements.
β’ Develop and manage a suite of competitive intelligence resources, including reports, dashboards, presentations, and datasets, ensuring stakeholders have access to relevant market insights and strategic analysis.
β’ Evaluate experimentation and testing initiatives by analyzing A/B test results, identifying customer behavior trends, and generating actionable recommendations that support ongoing optimization efforts.
β’ Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, promotional campaigns, customer retention efforts, and new product introductions.
β’ Build and enhance scalable data infrastructure and automated reporting processes capable of supporting large-scale business operations.
β’ Proactively identify emerging opportunities and develop innovative, forward-thinking solutions before business needs are formally defined.
β’ Contribute to a collaborative analytics culture by sharing knowledge, supporting team development, and helping advance organizational best practices.
Required Qualifications
β’ Strong passion for data, analytics, and turning information into business value.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, reporting, or technical program/project management.
β’ Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets.
β’ Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau.
β’ Understanding of experimentation methodologies, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing techniques.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Masterβs degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
β’ 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
β’ Experience supporting subscription-based businesses, customer lifecycle programs, growth marketing initiatives, retention strategies, or engagement analytics.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
