Overview
β’ The Business Intelligence Analyst within Client's People Analytics team is instrumental in building a best-in-class business intelligence environment that fosters a customer-centric approach for HR stakeholders and business leaders.
β’ This role integrates innovative solutions and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the People Org and the broader business.
β’ The Analyst analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.

Responsibilities
β’ Dashboard Development and Innovation
β’ Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards with forward-thinking visualizations that simplify complex data for actionable use.
β’ Continuously innovate and align dashboard design with best practices in data visualization to enhance usability and engagement.
β’ Data Integration and Reporting
β’ Work with Databricks and other data platforms to extract, transform, and integrate diverse datasets (e.g., recruiting, job profiles, working arrangements) in different dashboards, analyses, and/or reporting.
β’ Partner with Team members and/or EDW team to onboard new data sources and maintain alignment with evolving data architecture standards.
β’ Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
β’ May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
Optimizing Tools and Databases
β’ Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance tools and databases, ensuring they remain optimized for stakeholder needs.
β’ Streamline workflows by updating report fields, creating new views, and archiving outdated or irrelevant components.
β’ Project and Stakeholder Management
β’ Plan, coordinate, and manage deliverables for key projects while ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, transitioning from order-taking to providing strategic, data-driven recommendations.
β’ Document requirements, timelines, and progress to ensure project success and capture learnings.
β’ May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
β’ Strategic Insights and Analysis
β’ Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets that inform leadership decisions around both workforce data and internal team-related data and tools.
β’ Partner with stakeholders to translate data into compelling narratives that drive strategic conversations and outcomes.
β’ Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
