About The Role
Join a high-impact data team focused on delivering operational insights and strategic guidance through advanced analytics. As a Business Intelligence Engineer II, you will develop comprehensive dashboards, define and track KPIs, and collaborate with product and operations teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track program and product performance
• Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and support strategic initiatives
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate feature effectiveness and customer engagement
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses for internal stakeholders
• Apply statistical models, data mining techniques, and segmentation to derive insights from customer behavior
• Participate in planning discussions to shape data strategy and execution
Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience working with large, complex datasets
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Background in statistics, programming, or marketing
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing) preferred
• Experience with SAS is a plus
• Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with both technical and business teams
