As a Business Intelligence Engineer II, you'll leverage your skills to provide insightful analytics and contribute to a customer-centric mission.
Responsibilities
β’ Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track product success metrics.
β’ Collaborate with product teams to define and establish new KPIs.
β’ Analyze data from extensive networks to present key insights to leadership.
β’ Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments.
β’ Respond to ad hoc requests to explore critical aspects of customer behavior.
β’ Engage in strategic and tactical planning discussions to optimize operations.
Skills
β’ Experience with large-scale complex datasets (3-6 years).
β’ Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
β’ Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
β’ Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills
β’ Background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
β’ Experience with SAS is a plus.
β’ Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or related field is highly desirable.
