Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to infrastructure projects. • Analyze existing infrastructure systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Develop and propose infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. • Work with IT and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for infrastructure solutions. • Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in infrastructure, providing insights and recommendations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Tech Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on infrastructure. • Strong understanding of infrastructure components, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud technologies. • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail..
