Summary: This position is designed for a skilled professional to analyze and map OTC financial products within the trade surveillance framework, with a strong focus on implementing and supporting the underlying technology. The role requires a deep understanding of OTC instruments, including derivatives, swaps, FX, commodities, and equities, as well as expertise in trade surveillance systems and data analysis tools. Qualifications: β€’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on trade surveillance, compliance, and capital markets β€’ Deep understanding of OTC financial products, including derivatives, Fixed Income, Swaps, FX, commodities, and equities, with experience in their trading and risk management. β€’ Strong knowledge of trade surveillance systems and tools, such as Trading Hub, Actimize, SMARTS, or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in implementation and support. β€’ Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI, essential for data-driven decision-making. β€’ Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies, enhancing efficiency in system development and deployment. β€’ Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to trade surveillance. β€’ Understanding of trade surveillance regulations and practices is highly desirable, enhancing the ability to deliver compliant solutions. β€’ Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
