Our client, a leading organization in the printing and mailing industry, is seeking a CCM Developer - GA or NE or TX or NJ to join their team. As a CCM Developer - GA or NE or TX or NJ, you will be part of the Output Solutions Technology Manufacturing division supporting multiple facilities across the US. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: CCM Developer - GA or NE or TX or NJ What's the Job? • Design, develop, and maintain Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions using applications such as Quadient and Exstream. • Perform data transformation tasks including data mapping, XML parsing, and SQL operations to support personalized customer communications. • Create and modify templates and layouts for customer documents, ensuring branding consistency and compliance. • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other enterprise systems and databases. • Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of communication outputs. What's Needed? • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with CCM applications such as Quadient, OpenText Exstream, Papyrus, or SmartComm. • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and retrieval tasks. • Experience with XML and data transformation techniques. • Knowledge of document design using Microsoft Word and other off-the-shelf document tools. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
