Job Title: Celonis Data Engineer Location: Remote Engagement Type: Long-term Contract Role Overview We are seeking a technically strong Celonis Data Engineer to support and expand our case-centric process mining and automation initiatives. This role will focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining robust data pipelines, developing Celonis data models, and enabling data-driven insights across end-to-end business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Celonis experience, strong SQL expertise, and Python scripting skills. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to ingest and transform data from multiple source systems into Celonis • Develop and maintain Celonis data models to support case-centric process mining use cases • Implement ETL/ELT workflows ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and performance • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data preparation, transformation, and validation • Use Python scripting to automate data processing, integration tasks, and workflow enhancements • Collaborate with process analysts, business stakeholders, and automation teams to translate business requirements into actionable Celonis insights • Support end-to-end process analysis (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) • Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation standards are met • Troubleshoot data, performance, and integration issues within Celonis environments Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis (Data Integration, Data Models, Process Mining) • Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance tuning) • Experience with Python for scripting, automation, and data processing • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline optimization • Experience working with case-centric data models Staffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
