Role description
About the Role We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer / Data Scientist with expertise in Celonis Process Mining to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data transformation, analytics, and process improvement, with hands-on experience in building insights that drive business efficiency. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining as a Data Engineer or Data Scientist. • Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Proficiency in SQL/PQL scripting and data mining techniques, including complex queries (joins, unions, window functions). • Knowledge of process improvement techniques and process analytics. • Basic understanding of Python scripting and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn. Key Responsibilities • Connect and extract data from multiple systems (cloud and on-premise) and load into process mining tools. • Validate data accuracy and consistency between source systems and process mining platforms. • Create KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights to identify process inefficiencies and root causes. • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design process mining initiatives.
