We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn process data into real business impact. You’ll own the Celonis platform, uncover inefficiencies, and help stakeholders act on what you find.
What you’ll do
• Build, configure, and optimize Celonis dashboards, data models, and analyses
• Translate fragmented process data into clear insights that drive decisions
• Partner with business and IT teams to map end-to-end processes and identify automation opportunities
• Support process improvement initiatives and track measurable results
• Troubleshoot data ingestion, transformation, and performance issues
• Train users and promote adoption of the Celonis ecosystem
What you bring
• Hands-on experience with Celonis process mining (analysis creation, data modeling, PQL, transformations)
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, or Record-to-Report
• SQL proficiency and ability to work with complex datasets
• Comfortable speaking with stakeholders, understanding requirements, and presenting insights
• Bonus: Experience with automation, ERP data (SAP/Oracle), or other process mining tools
