Change Management Analyst

Reporting Analyst – Governance & Change Management (Online Banking Technology) Role Summary Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain reporting standards, templates, and SOPs. • Build Access databases and Excel models for change and governance metrics. • Create PowerPoint decks for governance forums with clear insights and trends. • Ensure data quality, documentation, and audit readiness. • Partner with Change Managers and technology teams to align reporting and actions. • Automate refresh cycles and improve reporting efficiency. Must-Have Skills • Advanced Excel (V-lookups, Macros, Pivot Tables, etc…) • Access (queries, forms) • PowerPoint (executive storytelling) • Strong data stewardship and attention to detail. • Jira Experience • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Nice-to-Have • Experience with change management or IT governance processes. • SQL and VBA automation. Compensation: $45/hr to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
