About the Role
Our client is a global healthcare technology and manufacturing organization supporting complex distributor networks and point-of-sale operations. They are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to provide analytical, operational, and process improvement support across distributor relationships, chargebacks, and financial data quality initiatives. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, system expertise, and the ability to independently drive results while mentoring others.
Job Description
The Financial Analyst will provide critical analytical and application support to improve service levels, speed, cost, and data accuracy across distributor and point-of-sale processes. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues, perform ad-hoc financial analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
β’ Providing financial analysis and application support to deliver results related to service, speed, and cost
β’ Working independently with minimal direction while sharing best practices within the team
β’ Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and support ad-hoc financial analysis requests
β’ Owning end-to-end operational relationships with assigned distributors, including POS and chargeback accounts
β’ Implementing solutions with distributors to reduce errors, improve data quality, and prevent recurring issues
β’ Driving end-to-end process improvements related to chargebacks and point-of-sale activities
β’ Mentoring and providing leadership to junior team members
β’ Supporting the Quality team with data investigations and Salesforce cases submitted by business partners
Qualifications
Required
β’ Bachelorβs degree
β’ Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing relationships with key distributors and working cross-functionally
β’ Five (5) or more years of experience using SAP/Vistex, Power BI, Salesforce case management, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, including pivot tables and formulas
β’ Working knowledge of chargeback claims processing and order management systems
β’ Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end process improvements in chargebacks and point-of-sale functions
β’ Experience applying LEAN methodologies in a business or financial operations environment
Preferred
β’ Green Belt certification
β’ Prior experience mentoring or leading junior team members
β’ Background supporting healthcare, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries
