Akkodis is seeking a Client Services and Data Analytics Process Manager for a full-time opportunity in Winston-Salem NC, where they will be responsible for managing several concurrent initiatives to increase overall efficiency. Local candidates are needed as this is an onsite position with alternating 2 and 3 days each week onsite. Salary Range: $100K - 110K base, 15% bonus target, and competitive benefits offering based upon experience, education and other factors Please note: This is not a C2C opening or open to third party submittals Responsibilities include: • Owning and delivering against a complex, customized process that is core to the delivery of our client’s largest growth product. • Automating manual processes • Managing several concurrent initiatives aimed at increasing overall efficiency • Executing monthly reporting for management and customers • Assisting in ad hoc projects as assigned and new product launch operations support • Cross-training on core functions completed within the unit in order to provide back-up support as required for staff shortages or during critical times • Ensuring all service level agreements are achieved, issues are quickly resolved and thoroughly documented • Ensuring 100% compliance with internal regulatory requirements • Ensuring on-time delivery of efficiency and control initiatives • Clear and timely communicating with internal and external customers and co-workers • Maintaining department procedures, schedules and checklists • Maintaining and creating reports for team and management • Applying knowledge of banking and EFT payment systems to assist clients Qualifications Required: • 5-10 years of practical operations work experience with firm knowledge of various processing, settlement, reporting and regulatory rules and regulations • Experience maintaining formal operations and procedural documentation • Banking systems background in batch and/or real-time environments • Experience working in a Mainframe and Windows Distributed systems environment • Strong knowledge and experience with clearing and settlement functions • Working knowledge of credit and debit cards, related industry partners and processes, including card network standards such as EMV • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing time sensitive priorities • Strong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered to and regulatory requirements are met • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong proficient in MS Excel required for data manipulation, reporting, dashboards • Experience with ticketing systems • Experience working with data and automation tools, such as Power Automate, UiPath or Automation Anywhere, strongly preferred If you are interested in this Client Services/Data Analytics Process Manager job in the Winston-Salem NC area, then click APPLY NOW.
