Looking for a Senior Client and Cloud Engineer/Administrator to work as part of the End User Computing team.
About the Role
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client and Cloud
Engineer/Administrator to join our enterprise IT team. This role is ideal for a seasoned
professional with a strong background in client engineering and cloud administration,
particularly within large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for automation, endpoint management, and cloud-first strategies.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint solutions using Microsoft
Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM.
β’ Develop and maintain task sequences, application packaging, and deployment
strategies for Windows 10/11, including LTSC versions.
β’ Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.
β’ Create and manage PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration, and reporting.
β’ Configure and enforce Intune Compliance and Configuration Policies.
β’ Manage software updates and patching using PatchMyPC and other tools.
β’ Oversee certificate management and ensure secure endpoint communication.
β’ Support and integrate Apple Business Manager for macOS/iOS device management.
β’ Collaborate on AWS VDI infrastructure and support virtual desktop environments.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex client and cloud infrastructure issues.
β’ Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of experience as a Client Engineer in an enterprise environment.
β’ Proven expertise with:o Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, PowerShell
o Windows 10/11 (including LTSC)
o Application packaging and deployment
o PatchMyPC, Intune Configurations, Intune Compliance
o Active Directory, Group Policy
β’ Familiarity with:
o Certificate management
o Apple Business Manager
o AWS VDI
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
Associate, Azure Administrator Associate).
β’ Experience in hybrid cloud environments.
β’ Exposure to Zero Trust security models and endpoint analytics.
