Title:Cloud Migration Location:Uk & Europe Required Skills & Experience Cloud Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Azure storage services (Blob Storage, Azure Files, Azure NetApp Files). Migration Experience: Proven track record of large-scale application and data migrations between clouds, ideally AWS → Azure. Storage Protocol Knowledge: Strong understanding of SMB, NFS, object storage semantics. Familiarity with hybrid solutions like Blobfuse, File Sync, and on-prem file gateways. Security & Identity: Experience implementing storage-level security and permissions, including Azure AD integration and NTFS ACL considerations. Scripting & Automation: Proficient in scripting migration and automation workflows (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python). Analytical & Advisory Skills: Ability to quickly assess app dependencies and design trade-offs. Ability to clearly present architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud network design. Experience with large enterprise compliance environments (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
