Overview:
As a Comms Automation Delivery Analyst, youβll work alongside a talented team and engage directly with stakeholders across the business to turn communication needs into impactful campaigns. Using our new technology stack and data-led approach, youβll help transform how we deliver seamless, automated, multi-channel customer journeys.
What Youβll Be Doing
- Partnering with teams across the business to define requirements and design data-driven comms solutions
- Translating business needs into campaign data selections that power both service and marketing comms
- Collaborating with DevOps and Data Enablement teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery
- Applying test-and-learn strategies to optimise comms performance over time
- Using our journey methodology to design automated, blended customer experiences
across service and marketing
- Co-creating data briefs and requirements, and delivering multi-channel campaign
selections
- Supporting the development of best practice approaches to campaign automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensuring campaign scheduling and workload is prioritised effectively in partnership with planning colleagues
- Creating datasets using SQL from various systems and combining these with CRM data for a holistic customer view
- Delivering campaign-ready data outputs within our CRM and data warehouse environments
- Monitoring data quality and recommending improvements where needed
- Maintaining clear, accurate process documentation to support compliance and delivery standards
What Weβre Looking For
- Hands-on experience in a customer communications or database marketing environment
- Proven ability to deliver campaign selections across multiple channels in a fast-paced setting
- Experience working in businesses undergoing transformation or change
- Skilled at engaging and influencing a range of stakeholders to achieve shared goals
Must have experience:
- Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, and advanced use of Microsoft Excel or Google Workspace
- Strong familiarity with campaign management platforms like Salesforce Marketing
Cloud, Unica, or Eloqua
- Understanding of customer journey design, testing strategies, and optimisation
techniques
- Awareness of propensity modelling, segmentation, and performance measurement within campaign tools
Bonus: exposure to analytics platforms such as Tableau or similar
