Location & Work Arrangement
• Location: Columbia, South Carolina
• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
• Contract: This is a Contract position.
• Mode of Interview: 1 round, virtual.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
The primary focus of this role is data management, automation, and operational support:
• Data Extraction & Reporting: Perform monthly billing data extraction (from Solarwinds, Excel, etc.) and transpose the data for the Billing Department. A key goal is to automate these tasks as much as possible.
• Visualization & Dashboards: Maintain and support an Executive Dashboard and the MITS interactive dashboard using tools like Power BI.
• Process Documentation: Gather infrastructure data, assist with updating Excel spreadsheets, and collaborate with a Technical Writer to document, update, and verify detailed process steps.
• Tier 1 Support: Serve as a backup to the Footprints Administrator, assisting with the BMC Footprints ticketing system by making necessary changes to forms/workspaces and developing FAQs.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with minimal supervision in an environment where ambiguity is common, driving toward top-level goals and objectives.

Education
• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree OR High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
