We’re seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Technical Scrum Master to help lead the delivery of a next-generation HR Data Warehouse built on Azure and powered by Oracle HCM data integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Agile Release Train activities for enterprise HR Data Warehouse initiatives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
• Lead Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, and cross-team coordination efforts
• Coordinate dependencies across data engineering, analytics, governance, and integration teams
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain backlog readiness and prioritization
• Remove blockers and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Track and communicate delivery metrics including velocity, cycle time, and release progress
• Support delivery of Azure-based data pipelines and Oracle HCM integrations
• Drive continuous improvement across Agile processes and team performance
• Communicate release plans, milestones, and project updates to technical and business stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration between business teams and technical delivery teams
• Support iterative delivery of scalable data products and analytics capabilities
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Release Train Engineer, Technical Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong background working in SAFe Agile environments
• Experience coordinating enterprise data, analytics, or integration initiatives
• Knowledge of Azure data platforms and Oracle HCM integrations preferred
• SAFe RTE certification strongly preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification desired
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence teams and drive alignment across multiple workstreams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving technical environments
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $65.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
