Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, and validate business and data requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across reporting solutions
• Create visualizations and business intelligence assets to support leadership decision-making
• Support metadata management and data governance initiatives
• Contribute to enhancements of enterprise data governance frameworks and processes
• Collaborate with business, technology, and governance teams on strategic data initiatives
• Assist with data preparation and analysis supporting larger data science initiatives
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to analytics best practices
Qualifications:
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or enterprise analytics environments
• Strong experience working with large datasets and performing complex analysis
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality controls
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accurac y
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools
• Exposure to data catalog and metadata management platforms
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance frameworks
• Experience supporting data science or big data initiatives
• Financial services or lending industry experience is a plus
• Prior mentoring or leadership experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $70.00 and $75.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
